Helen Chen's Asian Kitchen 4-inch bamboo
I like the product but was a little disappointed with it as some of the glued joints came loose, apparently from steam. Something, in my opinion, that should not happen as it is a, duh, steamer.
dumplings anyone?
Having great fun using the steamer. I steam dumplings in my wok-have used the steamer in a regular pot without issue. I sometimes steam with one tray but find I use both trays mostly. My husband likes the steamed dumplings. I like steamed veggies steaming using both trays filled with two or three different vegetables steaming is quick with very little clean up.
Really small
Looks nice. quality looks good. But too small to make anything with. Can only fit one regular size dim sum or two tiny ones. Maybe I can use it to steam a small portion of vegetables instead.
