Great pan for dinner rolls
My wife's mother used to cook twelve loaves of bread per week, plus a pan of dinner rolls. One of my fond memories while courting my wife, was sitting in her mother's kitchen eating dinner rolls with peanut butter, just out of the oven. Her pan was black from baking countless times over many years. The rolls would raise above the pan's rim. Then she would butter the warm tops. The old pan was lost, but I bought this one for my wife to continue the baking tradition. She tried it at Christmas, and it worked wonderfully! The pan is heavy-duty and well made.
