I am very pleased with product. very good product, bigger capacity; I can hold the very top of the inner pot even when heating the pot. very fast delivery.

Poor quality control
This is a good idea, poorly executed, but the outside is pretty!The pot is thin, there were manufacturing scars inside the pot, and it lacks a multiply bottom. The insulation surround conducts heat at the center seam badly, thus it does not stay hot overnight for cooking, I have one of the Zojirushi thermal cookers, though more expensive, it works. I plan to return this item.
