Good Pan at a Great Price
My wife needs a large skillet to cook her Pansit. We did have a nice one we bought at Sam's Club in Houston but it somehow got left behind when we moved to Georgia. We weren't able to find a replacement locally so I checked Amazon and found an ideal replacement skillet. The wife is happy so I'm happy.
Cook and Strain Fry Pan
I have been looking for the WearEver Cook and Strain Nonstick Frying Pan for a short time. Evidently, WearEver stopped making it. So, when I found this at Amazon I didn't waste any time purchasing it. The price was right and the red color was just an added bonus! It's bigger than the one I got with my set about 10 years ago so that's a plus, too.
The only thing I hold against it is that it's not as heavy as my original one. But, I think I'll just be a little bit more careful and take exceptional care of this one and it should last me many,many years!

I have only used this pan 3 or 4 times, but so far it works great! Heats evenly, cleans up wonderfully, and this type of lid is so handy to have.
