Mexican Origins 8 inch Nonstick Tapas Pan

Very Poor Pan
Pan is a total disappointment. After a few uses the center has scorched and the coating is coming off. I never used it on anything more than MED/HIGH heat on a glass cooktop stove.
I'm thinking of going back to good old-fashioned cast iron skillets.

Wanted To Love It
I bought this pan in hopes of replacing my old Fagor ones. However, it has not lived up to the challenge. This pan is very thin and the center scorches by the 2nd time you use it. Also, I've had this pan for less than a month and it's already rusting. I would not purchase it again. I'm still on the outlook for a replacement one for the Fagor ones I had.

excellent. i use it for all sorts of things. great single serve size.
I live alone and I either cook for myself or for one other person at a time. I purchased two of these with the intention of doing paella or some gambas ajillo or something, but so far have not gotten around to it; however, I have used them for broiling steaks, vegetables, reheating - all of that - and they've been great.

the nonstick coating is thick enough, and the pans are heavy enough - they're really a good product. not really pricey either - imagine trying to buy something like this at william sonoma... and just try finding something like this at walmart or the dollar store... unlikely. good buy all around.
