FANTASTIC!
I LOVE THIS GRIDDLE!
I use this to grill meats and veggies on one side because I live in a town house and outdoor grills are prohibited in my community. It leaves nice lines on the meat and gives a great flavor. I sear the meat on both sides then turn down the heat to finish the cooking. The other side is great to make pancakes on and grilled sandwiches.
Terrible
We had trouble with this griddle right from the start. We used it just once and the "black coated cast iron" became a sticky black mess. We sent it back for a full refund, thanks to Amazon's return policy.
Excellent
I love this product but I wish it included directions and cooking suggestions. It arrived on time in great shape.
